奥歯をジルコニアクラウンとセラミックインレーで改善

左上6番と左下6番がジルコニアオールセラミッククラウンです。
銀歯と金歯の詰め物はセラミックインレーにて改善しました。

Zirconia crowns and porcelain Inlays

Patient would like to change metal(gold and silver) crowns and fillings. All new crowns and fillings are fixed by porcelain.

古いクラウンで金属が露出し、根が見えている例です。

ジルコニアオールセラミッククラウンにやり変えました。
わざと隣の歯と同じように似せて、ステイン（色付け）をした例です。

以前被せた前歯2本（メタルボンドクラウン）が古くなってきており、形、色、適合ともに問題がある。
ジルコニアオールセラミッククラウンでやり直した。

Old PFM crowns on upper two front teeth some problem with shape, color, and fitness. Replaced with new Zirconia crowns.

加齢によって歯茎が下がってきて以前被せた前歯2本（メタルボンドクラウン）が目立ってきたため、ジルコニアオールセラミックスクラウンでやり直した。

矢印の歯は数年前に根管治療（神経の治療）をしており、変色が目立ってきている。
ジルコニアオールセラミッククラウンで修復した。

奥歯の銀歯の詰め物をセラミックインレーで白い詰め物にやり変えた症例です。
わざとステインをつけ、リアルに見せました。

Porcelain inlays

Removed old silver fillings and replaced with porcelain inlays.
Put some stains purposely to make it look more natural.

ホワイトニングをやったが、
歯の表面のざらつき感や形が気になる。
上顎と下顎の前歯6本をラミネートベニアで治した例。

Porcelain veneers

Patient didn’t like the roughness of teeth surface.
Six front porcelain veneers on both upper and lower.

以前に治療した古い差し歯をセラミックでやり直した。また前歯の審美的改善を同時に行った。

Old crowns were replaced with ceramic crowns to look more natural. One front tooth also fixed with ceramic crown because of esthetical issue.

両隣2番の歯が矮小歯（わいしょうし）の例です。
（*矮小歯：生まれつき歯が小さいこと）

小さい歯だけを治すと、バランスが悪くなるため、
前歯2本も大きさを考慮してラミネートベニアにしました。

Porcelain veneers

Peg lateral(congenital small tooth) fixed with porcelain veneers.
Four front teeth are replaced with porcelain veneers in order to balance front teeth size.

右2番の矮小歯（わいしょうし）の例です。
先天性で生まれつき歯が小さく相談に見えられる方は多いです。
左側の2番を見本にしてラミネートベニアを製作しました。
