前歯2本の中央への傾きをラミネートベニアで治療

前歯が傾いていて見た目が気になるとのことで、2枚のラミネートベニアで改善しました。

古いCRによる不自然な形を治したいとのことで来院。
左上1番ジルコニアオールセラミッククラウン、
その他5本ははラミネートベニアです。

右2番は昔のコンポジットレジンの変色です。
ホワイトニング後、
前歯2本はラミネートベニアで、
右2番はジルコニアオールセラミッククラウンで治療しました。

１０代後半の学生（女性）。バレーボールで前歯をぶつけ、写真のように欠けた例。
右上３番、１番と左上２番は破折、亀裂があったのでラミネートベニア、
左上１番は根管治療の後、ジルコニアオールセラミッククラウンで治療。

Patient hit her face against the pole when she was playing volleyball.
Upper left front tooth had root canal treatment and fixed with
zirconia crown. And also three cracked and chipped teeth were fixed
with porcelain veneers.

両隣2番の歯が矮小歯（わいしょうし）の例です。
（*矮小歯：生まれつき歯が小さいこと）

小さい歯だけを治すと、バランスが悪くなるため、
前歯2本も大きさを考慮してラミネートベニアにしました。
