前歯の審美的改善を目的に来院。歯牙破折なども認められ、抜歯してインプラントによる治療を行った。

歯根端切除後、それでも治らず膿が止まらないと相談に見えられました。

ブリッジで両隣の歯を削りたくないとのことで大変喜ばれていました。

「入れ歯は使いたくない」との意向で左下の奥歯3本をインプラント埋入しました。
6番と7番の奥歯が無く、5番の歯が破折していました。
5番は抜歯即時インプラントです。

下顎の奥歯を2本づつインプラント埋入しました。
入れ歯を使っていましたが、入れ歯は嫌で使っていなかった患者さんです。
併用治療で銀歯もオールセラミッククラウンで治しました。

Molar implant crowns

Patient felt uncomfortable with denture.
Two implants were placed on each side.
Silver crowns and fillings were replaced with ceramic crowns and fillings.

上顎洞底拳上術とインプラント埋入：左上臼歯部（矢印）にそのままインプラントを埋入すると上顎洞と貫通するため、上顎洞内に骨を作ってからインプラントを埋入した。
