サイナスリフト4：骨造成後のインプラント

上顎洞底拳上術：右上臼歯部（矢印）にインプラント治療予定だが、そのままインプラントを埋入すると上顎洞に貫通するため、上顎洞内に骨を作った。

Sinus Lift:

To increase the amount of bone in the posterior maxilla, or upper jaw bone. The most common reason in contemporary dental treatment planning is to prepare the site for future placement of dental implants.

歯周病などにより、歯と歯を支える骨（歯槽骨）を失ってしまった場所に、骨を回復させインプラントを埋入した症例。

Bone augmentation:

The replacement of supporting bone around the teeth which has been lost. And placed an implant afterwards.

骨造成：歯周病などにより歯と歯を支える骨（歯槽骨）を失ってしまった場所に、骨を回復させた。
骨が安定したところにインプラントを埋入していく予定。

ソケットリフト法：　上顎洞との距離を計算して、ソケットリフトを併用したインプラント埋入手術

Socket lift:

The socket lift procedure allows an increase in bone quantity in cases where the height of the upper jawbone is greater than 5 mm.

矢印の歯は歯根が破折していたため、抜歯をしてインプラント治療を行った。なかった隣の歯もインプラント治療で回復した。
